Super slow shipping !! I would stay away! it's been almost week since i ordered and hasn't shipped yet !!

As long as you read the processing times and plan accordingly this is honestly the best company I have worked with so far. I have had 0 issues on at least 10 bulk orders. I mention the processing times because at the top of their website (which you apparently can't always see on a phone) sometime's it'll say "Now processing orders from 2/7".
Let me really begin with their fragrance oils. Some of the best I have purchased. I have tried a few companies but this one is by far my favorite. They are strong. They are accurate. They have gotten my own company great reviews. When something is not in stock you have the option to put your e-mail address in and they really do e-mail you when it is back in stock. Their prices are also very fair.
Customer service is also fantastic. As mentioned above they e-mail you when things are back in stock. If you e-mail them asking about an order they get back to you the same day, usually within a couple of hours. If you'd like to change an order after it has been placed you can absolutely e-mail them and they will add or remove whatever it is you requested. For any reason, say you had something in your cart for a week and then placed your order and it is no longer in stock you are then instantly notified. They are very pleasant to work with.
I have also purchased cotton wicks from them. If you're looking for a specific brand, and they're out of stock they have a wick chart which gives you the opportunity to compare other ones for similar outcomes. I have tried a few, they have all worked wonderfully. Nothing bad to say there. I would like to purchase wooden wicks through this company, however they are a little pricy for me. I do buy the wood wick clips through TFC though. They are great quality and very fairly priced.
I have noticed that you do need to keep an eye on the products you'll need. I began ordering in advance as last holiday season it was difficult to get the wax I wanted. I ended up ordering a variety of different brand soy wax due to this, but non the less they had SOMETHING that would work. Sometimes it turned out to be 2 20lb bags of wax if I was in a pinch, but they had it! Also, yet another product that was very fairly priced especially in comparison to many other companies.
If you often place bulk orders, in my opinion this is the place to go. They have definitely earned my trust and respect.

If I had one complaint that keeps me from giving them 5 stars, it’s their processing times. I am sympathetic because of the pandemic, but I feel like the time they take to get your order out is way longer than some of their competitors I also order from who are in a similar situation. It takes over a week for them to even ship your order out, which can be stressful for someone trying to run a small business.
However, I will continue to order from them because of their awesome prices on wax and shipping.

Its been almost a week since I ordered and it still hasn't even shipped yet. With so many options for suppliers, I don't think I will use them again. Takes way too long to get what you ordered. I would pay more for expedited shipping but that wasn't an option. No good!!!
